Hitchcock will lift the structure with jacks and add supports, add shimming to existing piers, add blocks and pads, add new wood sill beams, replace rotten wood, adding structural stability and strength.
Floors sagging or bouncing?
Hitchcock will lift floors with jacks, add supports, shims, and new sill beams and new piers, and new blocks and pads for support where needed. Replace all old sill beams, replace rotten wood, to add structural support and strength.
Lift house/building up to create crawl space
Hitchcock can lift the whole house/structure up approx. 12 inches to 4 ft +- . Excavate old foundation and debris, and then install a new foundation that fits your budget/city codes. These foundations can be blocks and pads, concrete piers, or concrete pier and beam with perimeter concrete wall with adequate crawlspace. Hitchcock can also lift garage type structures off their slab foundation, to create more height, for larger, taller vehicles. Hitchcock has state of the art equipment including hydraulic jacking machines, air bags, sky hitch hydraulic lifts, simplex mechanical jacks, steel beams, pancake jacks, and all types of houses lifting devices.
Foundation types
Hitchcock can use blocks and pads, hand dug concrete footings, drilled concrete piers, Helicals, add wood and or steal shimming, add blocks and pads, or SONO tube pier caps. Along with true old fashioned pier and beam concrete foundations.

Hitchcock has a “rolling” inventory of all types of structures that are for sale and can be moved to your lot or property. These are houses, garages, portable storage sheds, portable school/church classroom buildings, gazebos, barns, and more…
If you own a lot or property/land we can sell you a structure, move it to your site, and level it on a foundation.
We have these houses/buildings located at storage lots in Denton and Cooke counties and some are still out on the original sites waiting to be moved.
